- Only one person will be allowed in the lobby at a time.
- Customers must wear masks.
- All seating has been removed from the lobby.

Copy of a Police Report
You can request a copy of a policy report via email, by phone or in person.
Copy of a Traffic Collision Report
To better serve our citizens and insurance carriers in need of a traffic collision report, we have teamed with LexisNexis and have implemented an online dissemination program to securely provide our collision reports online to involved parties, insurance companies and other authorized parties.
Save Time: There's no need to spend the time to request a report in person at the Records counter.
Request a copy of your report online!
Important: Please allow a minimum of 10 days from the date of the accident to allow the report to be reviewed and approved for release by our Traffic Unit. Occasionally, special circumstances may apply in which a traffic report will not be available online – is such cases, please contact our Records Unit directly.
A nominal convenience fee will be assessed for the ability to retrieve your report online. Citizens who do not wish to pay the convenience fee may still come to our Records lobby during business hours to obtain a collision report; please be advised there may be a wait.
Public Records Requests
The California Public Records Act declares that access to government information is a fundamental right of residents. The Culver City Police Department is committed to transparency and works diligently to ensure that records that are not exempt from disclosure are available for inspection and copying in accordance with the California Public Records Act.
